Established in 1990, our client is a full-service IT Staffing & Services company headquartered in Atlanta, GA with a large number of their consultants working in diverse areas of the industry.

We work closely with several private & public sector clients in North America. We have been in the industry for over 25+ years therefore our in-depth knowledge and real-time experience enables us to provide true value add to our clients. Currently our specialized recruitment teams are based onsite at Atlanta and we are in the process of starting our offshore center in Chandigarh, India. To start with we are looking for a person who will be the head of US recruitments and manage a 10 member recruitment team.-

Job Description : Associate Director - US IT Staffing Services

Location : Chandigarh, India

Currently, we are looking for a talented and driven Associate Director to help us continue to grow its IT Staffing Services Business.

This position is responsible to provide vision, leadership, coordination, and development of a US IT Recruiting operations excellence center at Chandigarh, India.

Working at with our client provides a compelling opportunity for the Associate Director with a proven track record to be an impact player and to develop and lead a winning team.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Must have 15+ years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting & Resource Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles

- A demonstrated career progression from hands-on Recruiter to Team Leader to Recruitment Manager/Leader

- Strong qualities of leadership, strategic resource planning, business strategy, stakeholder management, creative / lateral thinking, process orientation, problem solving and crisis management.

- Should be able to develop and nurture cross-functional relationships within and outside the organization.

- Demonstrated ability in establishing, growing, training and mentoring a high-performance team(s).

- Expertise in process improvement with a mandate to lead critical strategic transformation efforts focused on the organization objectives.

- Help core businesses make decisions that result in more efficient processes, greater client impact, and an improved bottom line.

- Should have current experience in managing large US recruiting teams

- Should have deep understanding of IT Labor Categories and other IT Technical terms

- Knowledge of US labor legislation

- Should be highly conversant with the US IT staffing industry and the client base

- Hands-on experience with Industry standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases and strategies

Responsibilities :

- Will lead a large team of recruiters to fulfill client requirements

- Prioritize and distribute daily client requirements to the team

- Motivate & guide the team to deliver to established metrics. Report metrics

- Collaborate effectively with US Team to achieve stated objectives and goals

- Implement and maintain quality process for the team and its work output.

- Be an independent contributor for senior/complex positions

- Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements

- Minimize attrition of billable consultants

- Be responsible for delivering on annual revenue and gross margin goals assigned to the team

Other Hygiene Details

Compensation : Market competitive which includes Base and Variable pay

Work Shift : Standard US Eastern Time Zone (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Monday-Friday

Holidays : Standard US Holidays.
