Client – A leading Social Investment Advisory Firm

Location – Hyderabad/Mumbai

Eligibility – 7 to 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund Experience, and equity

Team management –Should have managed team 5 to 10 team members

Compensation – Best in the Industry; Prefer people who are currently drawing a fixed compensation above 25 Lacs.

Associate Director - 7-10 years Investment Banking

Education/Experience:

- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Boutique Investment Bank or a mid size bank

- An MBA from a top business school or equivalent;

- Preferably a focus on one or more of the sectors that our Client focuses on, viz. Cleantech, Education, Healthcare, Rural and Agri

Accountabilities:

- Contribute to the P&L of the business by generating, and leading equity raising transactions

- Contribute to making Investment Banking Group of Our Client evolve into a premier service provider in the space

- Revenue generation through Managing transactions and their closure in a time bound manner

- Span of Control: 2-5 direct reports

- Revenue generation of 3-5 crores
