Associate Director - International Taxation (7-12 yrs)
I. Review and manage Federal tax, state income tax, sales and use tax, VAT, withholding, payroll and other taxes for following countries: USA, UK, Europe and LATAM countries
II. Controlling and monitoring domestic tax litigation compliances.
III. Managing Transfer pricing compliance and ensuring the best practices
IV. Provide strong support on transaction tax, M&A deal of the Group, new projects and assisting management in taking key tax structuring positions and tax compliances
V. Assisting in preparation of inter-company and operational agreements and business proposals with vendors and customers from taxation and tax treaties perspective
VI. Control, Design and Support implementation of effective international structures/models, which ensure tax efficiency and compliant with the law and conduct taxation awareness
