Associate Director - Instructional Design - eLearning

We are looking for an Instructional Designer expert to lead our team of designers creating professional certificate programmes for executives.

- Manage Course Design across India Schools, a business that will produce over 30 new e-Learning projects annually.

- Establish great working relationship with the faculty from all renowned universities (IIMs, IITs, XLRI, MICA, ISB, TAPMI, etc.)

- Estimate the efforts on the project and staff it accordingly

- Planning the course development cycle with the ID team and the project management team

- Identify and onboard new vendors for different course production tasks

- Manage the production and track project progress and ensure it is as budgeted

- Manage resource allocation and utilization

- Build and Manage a pool of subject matter experts (SMEs) for course creation and review

- Coordinate team/vendors/SME/Delivery/stake holders

- Work with Design and company leadership to provide strategic direction for the LOB Design Team to meet its goals and objectives.

- Conduct performance reviews, team appraisals, one-to-one meetings to keep the team performance high, while maintaining the engagement level

- Share project learnings/best practices through knowledge sharing sessions or training.
