Associate Director - Instructional Design - EdTech (12-19 yrs)
A leading and well funded edtech start up is looking for an experienced professional in Instructional Design expert to lead the team of designers creating professional certificate programmes for executives.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a global company.
- Establish great working relationship with the faculty from all renowned universities
- Estimate the efforts on the project and staff it accordingly
- Planning the course development cycle with the ID team and the project management team
- Identify and onboard new vendors for different course production tasks
- Manage the production and track project progress and ensure it is as budgeted
- Manage resource allocation and utilization
- Build and Manage a pool of subject matter experts (SMEs) for course creation and review.
- Coordinate team/vendors/SME/Delivery/stake holders
- Conduct performance reviews, team appraisals, one-to-one meetings to keep the team performance high, while maintaining the engagement level
Qualifications
- 12 years- experience in Instructional design in e-learning space
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a team of at least 6-8 IDs
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a global company
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills and people management skills.
- PG/Diploma/Certification in Instructional Design
