The Associate Director- HR will setup systems & processes for driving recruitment, employee onboarding & engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits and employer brand building activities summarized below.
- Recruitment : Hiring for business, product & technology functions
- Employee Onboarding : New employees onboarding & mentorship
- Employee Engagement : Driving engagement activities across the year
- Compensation & Benefits : Structuring compensation, benefits & incentives for various functions
- Admin Activities : Driving administration processes at head office & regional offices
- Learning & Development : Developing L&D calendar for employees in various functions
- Business Partner : Driving Business Partner initiatives for demand, supply & projects functions.
- Employer Brand Building : Driving initiatives for building a strong employer imag internally & externally
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1 / 2 colleges
- Proven HR Managerial experience of at least 10 years. Must have experience in scaling up early stage fast growth companies (Series B+)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
