Your Academic Qualifications : MBA in HR or Related Domain

- Partnering Across All Functions & Businesses Across thecompany to Build People Framework for Diverse teams within Operations and customer experience function.
- HR Business Partnering With the Business Leader/s to Understand the Talent Priorities And Drive Actions to Address the Same
- Moving both employee NPS and engagement score through - meaningful- interventions that has long lasting impact in people and business of rupeek
- Working With the TA Team to Drive Hiring and Ensure Manpower Requirement Is Met as Per AOP
- Implementing and Driving HR Programs and in Some Cases Also Act as a Spoc for Certain Critical HR Processes
- Driving Adherence to HR Process, Metrics, and Plan
- Owning and driving the compliance agenda along with the HR operations head for the organisation.
- Planning and driving the business expansion along with the business head, by devising a - Talent strategies- which are relevant for that region.
