Your Academic Qualifications : MBA in HR or Related Domain

You'll Be Improving & Responsible For :

- Establish and implement People and Culture agenda which supports the company's mission and strategic vision for the Operations and customer experience function

- Partnering Across All Functions & Businesses Across thecompany to Build People Framework for Diverse teams within Operations and customer experience function.

- HR Business Partnering With the Business Leader/s to Understand the Talent Priorities And Drive Actions to Address the Same

- Moving both employee NPS and engagement score through - meaningful- interventions that has long lasting impact in people and business of rupeek

- Working With the TA Team to Drive Hiring and Ensure Manpower Requirement Is Met as Per AOP

- Implementing and Driving HR Programs and in Some Cases Also Act as a Spoc for Certain Critical HR Processes

- Driving Adherence to HR Process, Metrics, and Plan

- Owning and driving the compliance agenda along with the HR operations head for the organisation.

- Planning and driving the business expansion along with the business head, by devising a - Talent strategies- which are relevant for that region.

- go to leader and SME- for the leadership team for all people and culture related agenda within operations teams.

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You- ve Played -

- Is 7-9 Years or More in OPERATIONS,EXECUTION,HR Business Partner,ANDMANAGINGFIELDEMPLOYEES

- Involves Knowledge of HR Statutory Compliances and Legal Risks/ Liabilities Associated With HR Processes

- Includes Working in a Challenging and Fast-Paced Environment

- Showcases Leadership and Building High Performing Teams

- Demonstrates Ideating and Producing Creative Content

- Displays Strong Analytical, Logical and Numerical Aptitude

- Includes Ability to Listen Actively and Connect With People Across the Organization
