Associate Director - HRBP - Consulting

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and drive Employee Lifecyle, Talent Management & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture, People Transformation in a client environment as an individual contributor

- Formulate partnerships with client Human Resources team as well as internal Coe's

- Coach leaders and, teams, and provide guidance and expertise in the development of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation, and rewards, and employee relations concerns

- Should have strong business knowledge, comprehensive understanding of HR, and specific experience within the company's business sector

- Ensure operational effectiveness on operational HR issues that have arisen with the client organization

- Provide guidance, counselling, and training on employee relations issues.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people related issues

Experience and Requirements:

Required Experience and Skills:

- HR business partnering experience in large a organization working with a global workforce and Coe experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits.

- University degree in any field is a requirement. An advanced degree in HR or a Masters / MBA is preferred

- Outstanding people and client relationship skills. Proficient in coaching, mediating, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, analysis, and problem solving

- Designed strategic workforce plan assessment, prioritized capability gaps and aligned resourcing

- Designed and implemented Policies and Processes

- Implemented Talent Development programs increasing the retention

- Designed various HR analytical reports to drive data related decisions

- Intercultural awareness & capacity to understand other cultures and ways & working
