- Lead the Talent function for on of the business vertical which is a 5500+ strong diverse workforce across multiple competencies
- Responsible for outlining & leading the Talent strategy, delivering HR capabilities, for all BaU metrics & overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core SL functions
- Enable interventions aligned to key strategic priorities and change management required to support all competencies of India.
- Work back with Leadership and support Talent Leader on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention & other key people priorities
- Participate in or lead special projects to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for Business Consulting
- Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes.
- A self-motivated, confident, & high on energy individual with strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
