Associate Director/Head AEPS & BBPS @ Leading Bank

Hiring for a leading Indian Bank, for the role of Associate Director/ Director in the AEPS (AADHAAR ENABLED PAYMENT SYSTEMS), Loan repayment and distributor business lines.

Responsibilities :

- Managing, Growing & leveraging AePS, Loan Repayment & Distributor Business Lines

- Responsible for business development and new clients' onboarding

- Responsible for Revenue growth of AePS and BBPS business

- Responsible for formulating drives and incentives to attain monthly targets

- Responsible for handling day to day operational side of AePS, BBPS business

- Responsible for managing corporate clients for MFI, Cash services business

- Responsible for Market & Competition information to strategize PPBL's offerings

- Work cross functionally with different departments to get tasks done

Requirement :

- Strong business development & operations professional with 6-10 years of relevant experience

- Should be able to strategise growth from existing lines of business.

- Proven record of handling corporate clients. Experience in banking domain is advantage

- Ability to manage both at the strategic and operational levels
