Associate Director - GTM - Healthcare IT Sales

Role: Associate Director /Director GTM

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for candidates with experience in IT Healthcare sales along with account management, business development, Go to market strategy. candidates should be selling healthcare solutions to IT Organisations.

- Individual should have a strong service selling & account management experience

- Individual should have the capability to engage & sell services to CXO level stakeholders

- We're preferring to hire at grade 160 & could go up to grade 170 for strong candidates

- Individuals to have high energy levels with a positive attitude & a drive to engage clients

- The target industry where the individual will sell our services would be to Pharma Companies & Medical Devices firms ( 80%)

- A good fit to the role would be individuals who are working as Key Account Managers in the IT Healthcare segment of large IT firms

- We could also look at KAMs from B2B firms

- We could also look at candidates who have managed BD roles coming from Big 4s
