Associate Director - Growth Marketing - Consumer Tech Startup (8-14 yrs)
- Manage liaise with a team of marketers, content, design, tech and contact center to optimize user conversion.
- Understand market, product, and user base to define communication strategy across channels, including but not limited to website/app/social content.
- Analyze competitors and market to establish competitive plan and pricing strategy.
- Learn new markets and devise scientific ways to enter and launch in these markets.
- Work closely with the tech and product team and build a robust automation focused on engagement and Ecom conversion through website & app.
- Understand & Scale customer reviews module.
- Work closely with the contact center to understand gaps in customer satisfaction and tie them back with communication and user journey to optimize.
This role will require a high degree of internal and external stakeholder management.
- You'll be expected to take initiative and come up with creative strategies to enhance self-checkouts.
- Your key success metric will also include Visit-to-Install Ratio under a specified CAC.
Experience & Qualification
- 8+ years of experience in marketing/growth with minimum 5+ years in consumer business.
- Strong cross-functional acumen with hardcore execution centricity
- Proven experience of managing multiple projects with multiple teams
- Analytical thinker with great understanding of data and consumer behavior
- Team player with strong business ethics
