Associate Director - Growth/Developer Alliances - Co-Living Startup (10-12 yrs)

One of the coliving startups is looking for Professional for the role of Associate Director - Growth (Developer Alliances) with experience, knowledge and relationships in business development with large Real Estate developers with an additional advantage of knowing and understanding their specific financial drivers. An added advantage will be to understand their motivations and basis for a capital raise and/ or selling inventory.

Associate Director - Growth are independent business drivers, working directly with the CXOs in the organization and will be responsible for setting up alliances with developers of large projects for a carve-out of Coliving dwellings/ managed residences.

This stock of assets will ideally create a pool of assets than can then be down sold by the Investment sales Unit to Retail/ HNI/ Institutional Investors.

Ideal candidates would be folks who can think like owners, self-driven, highly self-motivated and get a thrill out of solving business problems and leading to the achievement of aggressive targets.

Role, Responsibilities of the role :

The role of the Associate Director - Growth (Developer Alliances) would encompass the following:

- Achieving Supply and Demand Metrics - Create a roadmap and ensure that the monthly, quarterly, annual supply and demand targets of the clusters are achieved for his/her team.

- Problem Solving - Understand the product market fit in the respective geographies and innovate to resolve for the supply challenges

- Processes Design & Restructuring - Setting up the right processes and ensuring their execution to achieve the targets, driving key growth projects and initiatives working with various City Time, thereby achieving business growth.

- Team Building & Management - Developing the reporting team which can run on-ground execution, expanding the current team, setting the performance metrics and driving efficiency

- Legal & Financial Orientation - To be able to understand financial implications, negotiate the same and also contract it.

- Analysis and Reporting - As an extension of process setting, a lot of focus would be expected on data recording, maintenance and analysis as most of the decisions would be data-backed

- Meeting targets for growth in a fast-paced business

- The profitability of acquired properties

- Process adherence and timely reporting

Desired Experience and background

- Experience: 10 + years of experience in Business Development/Sales

- Industry: Real Estate / Real Estate Finance

- Desired Skills: Hunger to Learn and grow, Leadership Skills, Objective Decision making, Number focused, Great Negotiation Skills, Organized, Analytical, Calm Composed, Innovative, Go Getter

- Languages: English & Hindi is mandatory and fluency in the local language is a plus.
