Associate Director - Grants Portfolio - NGO (12-20 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Expand grant portfolio
- Build channels for strengthening grant sourcing pipeline
- Develop capabilities in identifying and supporting potential entrepreneurs and incubating organizations
- Role also includes (i) Fundraising, (ii) Strategy, (iii) M&E and (iv) Organization development, among others
- Achieve agreed upon objectives in line with fundraising strategy.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- MBA or advanced management degree preferred
- 12+ years of work experience with managerial responsibilities
