Associate Director - Government Consulting with State of Telangana- Big 4 - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB


- Urgently looking for an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience consulting experience

- Candidate must be a postgraduate or MBA from a reputed institution. Prior experience of consulting particularly with Government is a must. The job requires excellent project management, business development and team building skills. Good understanding of IT will be an added advantage.

- Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts

- Experience of development of new and innovative solutions

- Good experience in business development

- Excellent people management skills

Job Role:

- Client service delivery/execution

- Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization

- Lead the delivery / execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations

- Manage clients & accounts and build professional relationships

- People Management

- Be a strong team player

- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach

- Assist in resolving people issues

- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies

What we look for :

- MBA (preferably from a premier Tier-1 institute) with a good academic background

- 10 to 15 years of relevant post MBA experience

- Consulting background from Big 4 (preferably) or other Government Advisory/Social sector with relevant experience
