We are hiring for a leadership role in Marketing to launch a new brand.
The objective of this role is to
- End-to-end management of a new brand that we are about to launch - from conceptualization to go-to-market to scale up of the brand.
- Conceptualization : Building the brand identity and how to make it relevant for the consumers?
- Go-to-market strategy : Working with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute the GTM strategy
- Scaling up : Ensuring that the brand scales up fast post-launch
- Experience of building a consumer brand especially in the e-commerce space
What are we looking for?
1. Proven experience in building a brand from the scratch via online and offline channels. Online-first brand experience is preferred. E-commerce experience is preferred.
2. A mix of brand marketing and performance marketing experience is preferred.
3. Keen interest in understanding the consumer. Ideally, experience with market/marketing research of varying scales - online dipsticks to full-fledged quantitative studies
4. Flexibility to take on work that is outside of your comfort zone and ability to be hands-on
5. Knowledge of marketing & campaign metrics and willingness to learn more about performance-driven marketing
6. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
What are the skills and qualifications required ?
1. MBA in marketing or related field. 4-12 years of relevant experience is ideal, but not required.
2. Understanding of brand marketing, performance marketing & social media
3. Proven experience developing marketing plans and social media campaigns
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
6. Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
