Excellent opportunity for FS OPERATIONS Role for Banking/ FS sector for Associate Director with BIG 4 (5-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are currently retained by leading consulting firm to look FS Operations Professionals

This is more inclined towards operational excellence for banking clients, cost optimization, business transformation projects etc.

An advantage to those who have worked on Digital Banking transformation projects as well.

Job Synopsis however not restricted to below :

- Looking for some one who has experience of leading and managing large Business Transformation Projects of Public Sector banks or private Sector Bank or foreign banks in a consulting role

- An experience of advising banks in India on business process re-engineering, cost reduction, business planning & validation, operating model review & optimization.

- Experience of advising banking applicants for setting up new banks under Universal Banking license in 2013 and Payments and Small Finance Banking License in 2015

- Big 4 Experience or Management Consulting Experience preferred

CA Year and Attempts / highest qualification

Behavioral Competencies :

- Good Communication Skills

- Should have been involved in execution of projects and leading a project team
