Associate Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA/CFA - Financial Firm

We are looking for senior professionals for the role of Associate Director - Financial Planning & Analysis with one of the leading financial firms at Gurgaon.

You will lead the FP&A team providing Management Reporting and Analytical support to the Business Groups in Company working closely with FP&A Leads and business CFOs.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading & Managing FP&A team.

- Provide analysis and insight to the businesses and support groups, including the Group Heads, CFOs and FP&A leads.

- Management information prepared and presented to the FP&A onshore teams / businesses including Group-wide deliverables for internal and external reporting purposes

- Provide decision support and advisory to Head

- Manage forecasting and budgeting process for the business and support groups

- Ad hoc decision support activities for the businesses including driving strategic initiatives

- Leading and managing a team of circa 40+ staff members

About you:

- Analytical and commercial mindset, relevant experience in decision support, analytics or financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in the finance and banking sector.

- Outstanding academic background in a financial accounting with an experience ranging between 15-16 years post qualification.

- Strong people management and leadership skills.

- Sound decision making approach and sense of accountability/ownership of key deliverables

- Keen to maintain transparent and open communication across team.

- Collaborative and team oriented leader that enables team members to maximize their capabilities

- Strong adherence to timelines and attention to detail

- Good understanding of data flows, source systems and general ledger
