Associate Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - Hospitality - CA

The role responsible for driving the financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities of the organization. This individual will partner with senior leadership across various departments to provide strategic insights, optimize financial performance, and support key business decisions. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial results.

- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

- Prepare and present insightful financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial trends.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

- Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

- 5+ years of relevant experience. CA is a Must.

- Proven track record of overseeing financial planning of organizations.

- Expertise in planning, designing, executing, and leading business initiatives.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
