Associate Director - Finance COE - Marketplace/Automobile

We are looking for a seasoned Associate Director - Finance COE to drive financial excellence and strategic growth in the marketplace and automobile sectors. This leadership role requires expertise in financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and compliance, along with a strong ability to manage risks and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the organization's financial strategies and ensuring best practices across the Finance Centre of Excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organization's growth and expansion goals.

- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and accounting operations to support business sustainability.

- Lead and mentor a team across key finance functions, including consolidation, reporting, and accounting.

- Ensure strict adherence to fiscal regulations and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements.

- Provide strategic and operational financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance and achieve corporate objectives.

- Establish and lead the Finance Centre of Excellence, driving innovation and process improvements.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks while leveraging opportunities in the technology and automobile services sectors.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in marketplace or automobile sectors.

- Strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, consolidation, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven track record of leading finance teams and implementing best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

- Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
