Associate Director - Finance & Accounts

Seeking a Associate Director - Finance & Accounts for an Entertainment company. Must have 10 years plus experience post CA qualification.

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Oversee and manage financial operations for TV & Digital Productions.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and long-term growth.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to guide critical financial decisions, including cost-saving

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for each business unit.

- Conduct variance analysis to monitor and control expenses.

- Provide actionable insights through in-depth financial reports and dashboards.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and adherence to statutory regulations.

- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

4. Closure of Books, Internal Audits and other required audits:

- Perform the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of books of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

- Oversee the management and coordination of annual, legal, internal, and other required audits.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audit purposes.
