Associate Director - Statutory Audit

- Our client is a firm of experienced chartered accountants providing specialized services in the areas of audit & assurance, direct and indirect tax, business advisory, accounting, and regulatory compliances.

- With three locations in Mumbai, Ahmedabad and, Pune and a vibrant team of 100 plus team members led by 6 Partners having rich experience in their area of domain.

- Our focus is on providing specialized quality services based on clients' needs.

They have extensive experience in handling:

- Statutory audits of mid to large-sized corporates including listed companies

- Audits of corporate and non-corporate entities under various statutes e.g. Income Tax Act, Indirect tax laws, Bombay Public Trust Act etc.

- IFRS/IND AS compliance

- Foreign group reporting

Job Profile:

- CA with a minimum of 15 years of experience with a reputed firm in a Statutory Audit vertical

- Sound knowledge and understanding of IGAAP (including Ind AS), Companies Act, Standards on Assurance Engagement etc.

- Good communication, report drafting and business development skills

- Experience in attending & making presentations before the Audit committee meetings of the listed entities and management of the unlisted entities.

- Developing and managing relations with the clients

- Responsible for Team building, Training and technical development of the team.

- Responsible for overall Planning and deliverables of the statutory audits, Tax Audits and related assignments of the firm.

- Responsible for the overall performance of the statutory audit vertical

- Reporting to partner/Managing Partner

- Ensuring that deliverables are achieved while maintaining assignment quality and overall adherence to timelines
