Looking for Associate Director / Executive Director for a top-notch recruitment firm.

Relevant Experience: 18 - 25 years Prior experience in managing a Practice independently

Background industry preference: Search Firms RGF / Positive Moves / Boutique Search Firms

Languages: English + Local Language

Reporting to: COO

Educational qualification: MBA or Equivalent / good academic credentials

Job Purpose:

- Manage P&L responsibility for the Practice. To maintain relationships with clients, develop new business and delivery of mandates within the industry vertical/sub-vertical in the regional market.

- To manage clients all sectors in Chennai or Hyderabad and establish the name in the market to maximize the potential.

- It's an individual contributor role managing all sectors of Chennai or Hyderabad

KRA's

Practice Profitability 


- Maintain TL/BL revenue targets

- Translate business plan to specific deliverables

- Plan & execute the implementation of deliverables within the agreed timeframe

- Manage & monitor efficiency as well as profitability of Practice

Business Development 


- Proactive new business development

- Identifying new sectors/sub-sectors that can be explored

- Preparing the sales pitch

- Meeting clients

- Meeting candidates

Targets 


- End-to-end execution of mandates

- Meeting volume and value objectives (i.e. pre-decided Team and Individual targets)

- Planning, implementing & monitoring mandate progress

- End-to end execution of mandates to meet individual targets

Team Management 


- People management & retention of Practice members

- Building a team

- Setting of team members- KRAs

- Work closely with team members to maintain a cohesive team environment

- Talent management

- Guide, motivate & mentor/coach team members

- Monitoring team productivity & improving team quality

Must Have Knowledge:

a) Needs to be self-motivated and can manage the portfolio fairly independently

b) Business development is crucial

c) Domain expertise

d) Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across sectors
