Associate Director - Enterprise Risk - Private Equity Shared Service (8-13 yrs)

Position Overview :

We have been retained by an International Private Equity Shared Service to recruit AD Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), responsible for the management and governance necessary to support the overall ERM program design. This function will execute and maintain Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and framework to identify, measure, monitor, and control the company's risk profile, focusing on data metrics and reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :


- Develop and collect risk management metrics for data-driven reporting and monitoring of risk framework.

- Perform all data management responsibilities related to ERM's use of the Archer risk management platform. This includes review, approval, upload, and maintenance (including ongoing reporting) of risk issues, incidents, risks/controls inventory, and risk metrics.

- Continue to enhance the use of Archer to provide more detailed reporting as we continue to enhance the ERM program

- Monitor ERM implementation program status across the business and functional groups

- Assist/Facilitate risk workshops for each department that focuses on risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting on enterprise risks across the organization.

- Prepare all necessary presentations to help support the roll-out, training and on going communication of the ERM program.

- Prepare meeting materials to communicate ERM Program activities and findings to senior management

- Prepare materials and escalate risks to facilitate decision making discussions for relevant management and governance committees

- Ability to influence and interface effectively with all levels of management. Provide conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to identify common themes and solutions

- Manage and maintain corporate policies and charters, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and organizational structure

- Create and maintain recurring reporting to senior management and board committees

- Maintain awareness of market best practices and regulatory requirements for financial institutions regarding policy and committee governance.
