Job Responsibilities - Strategy consultant in the financial services sector with a strong focus on the insurance sector. - To Build and support practice development initiatives including Knowledge management, Point of view development, industry research, process standardization, global best practices, etc. - To understand the overarching objectives of the practice and help develop short term and long-term strategy - Coordinate with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, develop a work plan, determine scope &amp; expectations. - Mange the overall P&amp;L including managing project staffing activities as per budgeted hours. - Ensure quality project delivery with the highest customer satisfaction - Training and guiding the team, managing expectations, collaboration with other competencies as per project requirement.
