About the role :

We are seeking a seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial individual to lead the consumer acquisition and growth vertical. The person would be responsible for driving new acquisitions through various channels, engaging prospective customers and being the customer acquisitions champion. This would include defining and executing customer acquisition strategies, executing on strategic programs, and identifying new opportunities or important market requirements for growth.

Key accountabilities/ responsibilities :

- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of consumer healthcare segment, audiences & buyer personas.

- Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and produce analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth.

- Develop and execute data-led strategy, business plan, and marketing programs to drive consumer acquisition and adoption of our products and services.

- Devise strategies to scale beyond the usual and broaden the top of the funnel using paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels. Uncover creative, non-traditional, and cost-effective new methods of acquiring users.

- Use data-driven strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation and make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey.

- Measure, track, and report on marketing efforts through structured dashboards. Be responsible for achieving targets identifying new and creative ways to increase organic and paid customer acquisition.

Ideal candidate :

- Top of the line digital marketing leader with relevant top-of-the-funnel experience in scaling up digital businesses and ability to build out ideas & growth marketing to accelerate business.

- Entrepreneurial mind-set and experience running a profitable &/or sustainable consumer acquisition strategy.

- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results. Use data to take decisions - Dashboards, Segmentation Analysis etc

- Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices. Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools. Must have experience of working on diverse types of paid channels, SEO, content marketing, affiliate marketing etc.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
