Associate Director/Director - Product Management - FinTech (7-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Own and Drive the product roadmap by working with internal stakeholders (founders, investor team, operations team etc.) and external ones as well (customers, partners).
- Design, build and operate innovative products in above domains, with focus on user journeys and solving pain points with detailed customer validation.
- Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new features requirements.
- Continuously analyze competitor products and help build sustainable competitive differentiation in our product offerings.
- Understand market requirements and translate them into product specifications.
- Source and manage alliances (Lending, cards, payments and related financial products) for the offerings to be made available on the platform.
- Design P&L and GTM new product offerings.
- Work closely with the engineering team to guide ideas and products from conception to launch
- Own entire product lifecycle from Conceptualization -> Realization -> Adoption -> validation -> Impact
