1.) She /he will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes for the various COE.
2.) Help co-design & drive HR strategies across business units and work closely with the HR leaders in tracking various projects within their spans.
3.) HR experience including PMO, talent management, HR strategy, performance management, HR technology & Analytics.
4.) Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
5.) Functional knowledge of HR + Program Management
6.) Strong stakeholder management skills at CXO and minus 1 level
