In terms of skill sets here's what we are looking for (apart from boundless enthusiasm and oodles of self-motivation): 1. 5+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing 2. Expertise in rapid scaling up on at least 2 of these 3: Google Ads (Google Search, Google Discovery, Youtube Ads, Google Display Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. 3. Good experience in other ad platforms like Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others 4. Highly analytical with expertise in setting up, running, and reporting on experiments, and always sharing insights rather than just data. 5. Ability to come up with creative ad ideas 6. Good written communication skills 7. Experience in hiring, leading and mentoring a team 8.
