Associate Director/Director - Oil & Gas Consulting

We have been working closely with clients in the public sector and all levels of governments as well as key development cooperation agencies. While the sub-national projects undertaken for various state governments in India include the governments of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Orissa, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, our international engagements include projects in the countries of Bangladesh, Bhutan, Indonesia, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, and the UAE.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- As a Associate Director/Director, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- The area of work would be focused on leading consulting engagements in the Oil & Gas sector

- The candidate shall be responsible for business development and project delivery

- Business development shall include opportunity tracking, business development, proposal making, etc. as per company's risk/legal procedures

- The candidate should be highly motivated and aware of market developments and opportunities for identifying growth opportunities

- Project delivery shall include client management, project management, invoicing, sub-contractor management, internal/external expert management, technical delivery, deliverables management, etc.

- Firm building and intellectual capital development

- Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations

- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations

- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firms/clients- expectations

- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties

- Focus on building trusted relationships

- Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct
