- Pitching to create new client relationship.
- Performing Industry specific analysis - Evaluation of key growth drivers, competitive landscape, key merits & challenges.
- Deal origination and execution in relevant segments including facilitating diligence and documentation.
- Build Relationship with companies, Industry experts to capture market intelligence of the sector and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Thorough know-how of the sector catering to and an ability to showcase it well with the purpose of creation of alternatives to clients.
- Guiding the team below in preparation of:
- Material used for sector, company & full coverage, origination & execution of M&A and PE transactions comprising pitch books, information memoranda, management presentation.
- Deal Closures
- Should have dealt with atleast 4-5 deals of the same sector
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Global industry landscaping, bench marking of key players
