Associate Director/Director - Infrastructure - IT

Summary of Responsibilities

As an AD/D of IT Infrastructure, you will own & be responsible for all activities and processes for the Planning, Operation and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure which includes Servers/Firewall/Switches/ISP/End user computing devices/Cloud Environment and be responsible for Internal Customer's satisfaction. Also, Own & Responsible for ensuring the ISO27001/SOC processes implemented are operational and effective.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Monitoring the whole IT Infrastructure

2. Incident Management

3. Problem Management

4. Capacity Planning and management

5. Running of ISO 27001 /SOC processes or any other Infosec Processes that may be required

6. Organize and manage internal Information Security audits

7. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure(SOP)

8. Ensure AMCs are renewed on time

9. Business Continuity Plan updates, run, test and report

10. Ensure preventative maintenance tasks such as Patch Management, upgrades etc

11. End user computing maintenance

12. Server Maintenance/Cloud Environment

13. Network Elements maintenance(Firewall/Routers/Switches/LAN/WIFI)

14. Back up and recovery management

15. Asset Management

16. Interface with Vendors for Link and other IT Assets

17. Manage Client Specific Information Security processes and ensure compliance

18. Publish monthly reports on SLA/Incidents/Threats etc and ensure corrective actions are identified and implemented.

19. Vendor Management

20. Administering and monitoring CCTV & Bio metric devices

21. Building effective communication Infrastructure

22. Troubleshooting Laptops and Desktops

Education : B.E/M.E ( Preferred ) Experience range : 15 Years

Incumbent needs to visit office during weekends for maintenance activities on a need basis
