- 12+ years of professional experience in commercial operations with 8+ years of relevant experience in incentive compensation (preferably in life sciences or medical devices industry). - Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, field reporting will be added advantage - Expertise in any of the languages: SQL, SAS, R - Expertise in Excel and VBA. - Experience of working in any enterprise-grade incentive compensation platform - Teams: Ability to manage 8+ Team members from career growth and talent management perspective beyond project delivery. - Experience of working in developing solutions and business development will be added advantage
