Associate Director/Director - Identity & Access Management - Big4 (8-25 yrs)

Our client is looking for a Senior level candidate who possesses the expertise in the area of Identity and Access Management. A suitable candidate would be a having experience of handling a Leadership position and have consulting experience with top technology/consulting companies

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications & Responsibilities :

- Familiar with one or more Identity & Access Management (IAM) products, including Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) or SharePoint, Oracle, IBM, CA, Courion, etc.

- Experience should include design and developing provisioning flows and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) entitlements, implementing role resolution, role mining and role administration.

- The IAM Director is required to have experience in project management, knowledge in security information analysis and understanding of security technologies.

Key responsibilities may include :

- Develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans

- Ensure Identity Life Cycle management

- Configuration and Implementation of I&AM products and risk mitigation

- Delivering Single Sign-on, password management, provisioning, and access certification services for Mobile/Cloud/on-premises applications.

- Handling Intuitive User-Interface

- Client Management, business development and Team Management

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Technology/ Bachelor of Engineering or other equivalent education in the area of electronics and computer science from a reputed Institute

- Master's degree in management or technology

Preferred Skills :

- 8+ years relevant professional work experience

- Experience designing, deploying and implementing custom applications

- Experience with the any of the following:

- Provisioning \ On boarding

- RBAC \ Authorization models

- SSO \ WAC technologies \ Enterprise SSO

- Experience with Oracle/Microsoft/SAP/SharePoint

Professional Skills Requirement :

- Should have 8+ years of experience implementing packaged or custom IAM solutions.

- Minimum 8 years of project management experience.

- Proven ability to build and foster a team environment

- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Desire to work in an information systems environment

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
