This Role is for a Big 4 Consulting Firm

Base Location : Gurgaon

Travel : Candidates may need to travel to middle east for consulting assignments

Language : Candidate must know Arabic language

Role Description :

Candidate would be leading large consulting assignments where he/she and the team would work with the government bodies in India or with Govts. of middle eastern countries.These consulting projects will range from strategy formulation and execution to large scale transformation assignments.

- Candidate would be engaged in consulting for Govt. projects either in India or in the Middle East.

- Candidate should be open to extensive travel to middle east, if required

- Candidates mandatorily need to have proficiency in Arabic (Self rating of 6/10)

- Should come from consulting background with experience of any industry vertical except technology or construction

Requirements :

- Hardcore consulting experience

- Full time MBA or B.Tech

- Should have worked in the middle east for some part of his/her career either full time or should have led projects for Middle Eastern clients (Govt. or Non-Govt.)

- Superlative Communication Skills

- Top class stakeholder management

- Strong people management abilities

- Ability to have a strategic view of things coupled with strong execution capabilities
