Job role : Associate Director/Director - Finance (FP&A)

Role Requirements :

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

- Responsible for reporting and analysis of Business performance to the Management, Managing Directors, Functional Heads and other key stakeholders.

- Communication with the stakeholders for business analytics, planning, forecasting, budgeting.-Interaction with local and global IT and development team for development of Business tool for creation and publishing of reports, dashboards and automation

- Overview the daily / monthly reporting of business performance to the management. -Overview the process of monthly Business MIS - Sales/Gross Margin.

- Overview the controls and processes of any requests by the management or any key stakeholder.-Discuss and explain the analysis to various Business heads and the management and follow up for actions. Hold review meetings and discussions to facilitate timely and informed decision making.-Constant development of team for automation or new or advance uses of tools or formulae which helps in Business reporting.

- Budgeting & planning process of the organization and for various business verticals.-Simulating and studying the impact of any key business results, decisions etc.-Business analytics of verticals, products, customer channels etc. and highlighting impacts, discussions for corrective actions and controls on key business parameters

- Involvement in pricing, costing and profitability calculations for projects and simulating any price change impact.

Desired Profile :

- CA or Master's in Business Administration (Finance).

- Experience of working in a senior position of any leading consulting firms in the region FP&A

- Minimum 10 years of related / relevant consulting experience

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
