Job Description :
- Scaling of Corporate Restructuring practice of Due Diligence & M&A/PE
- Nurturing & retaining team.
- Building client relationships.
- Ensuring quality & risk in assignment execution & client deliverable.
- Ensuring proper system & documentation in place for assignment execution as per internal processes & system.
- Achieving yearly business targets agreed with the management.
- Cross marketing various other service lines with the clients.
- Regularly updating regulatory knowledge and communicating the same to the team.
- Promoting the brand in the market.
- Adhering to various internal policies.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&A Tax Due Diligence & deals
Requirements :
- Qualified C.A. (preferably first/ second attempt)
- Good technical skills
- Expertise in the area of Corporate Restructuring and M&A Tax
- Ability to apply expertise in a consultative role
- Superior leadership ability
- Superior relationship building
- Presentation and public speaking
- Ability to analyse and think differently
