Associate Director/Director - Capital Markets - Real Estate (9-20 yrs)
To lead geography for all Capital transactions; Assist the senior Private Equity/Corporate Finance resource in important client pitches; Be responsible for the revenues from the Geography across all capital transactions.
Role Description:
- The candidate to be based at Gurgaon in North India and is expected to travel extensively within the region
- The candidate will be responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and closure of Land and Corporate Finance transactions across a variety of Real Estate segments - residential, commercial, IT Park and SEZs, retail/shopping centers, hospitality, education, etc
- The candidate will be responsible for Business Development and execution - putting together Engagement Letters with the clients, preparation of transaction documents such as Information Memos and basic deal financials, marketing of transaction to investors, identification of partners for the client, negotiation, and deal closure
- It will be the responsibility of the candidate to spot transaction opportunities and the market trends and lead the transaction closure
- The candidate will do extensive networking within India-focused Real Estate community - Corporates with land requirement or with surplus parcels; developers; HNIs and capital surplus Institutions.
