Associate Director/Director - Business - Gaming (10-15 yrs)

About the Role :

As a AD/Director - Business you will be owning revenue and P&L for one of our gaming brand. You will be responsible for planning and delivering on AOP, proactively managing all top line and bottom-line initiatives and building long run business proposition for the brand.

Role Description

- Planning and executing AOP for a dynamic and rapidly growing gaming brand

- Keep track of all key AOP metrics, take proactive actions to manage day to day topline and bottom line

- Driving retention and customer life cycle agenda for the brand, rolling out campaigns and incentive offers to manage DAUs/MAUs

- Owning and Managing Initiatives to drive and increase customer engagement and ARPU

- Working with product and tech teams on improving the product and building new features to drive retention and monetization agenda for the brand

- Continuous monitoring and managing 360 degree view of the business, tracking customer trend, continuously looking out for actionable insights to unlock next level of growth

- Keeping track of competition, taking initiatives to manage adverse effects of competition activities at the same time building for long term competitiveness for the brand

- Managing and driving growth hack initiatives to unlock future growth levers

- Driving deep collaboration and cross functional projects with all functions - marketing, customer experience, product and design

Who Can Apply :

- B. Tech/BE and MBA from Tier 1 colleges

- 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Business Analysis, Analytics or strategy roles in any high growth internet set up

- Previous experience in managing P&L and independently driving initiatives from scratch

- Experience in managing customer life cycle, retention, CRM will be a big plus

- Bias for action, Ownership driven with energy and drive to manage x to 10x journey for a young and rapidly growing business

- Capability to consume/analyze a lot of data, curiosity to understand customer behavior and ability to build in meaningful and actionable insights

- Ability to balance long run planning with day-to-day execution rigor

- Excellent in stake holder management and experience in building high performing team
