AD/D - Business Finance

- Preparation of Long term strategic Planning, with business leaders, CFO and CEO

- Preparing & managing the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting

- Analyze & highlight the divergence to plan

- Recommend business initiatives to improve margins, reduce cost and enhance returns

- Bring in outside-in perspective by analyzing competitors and market study

- Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management

- Support the management in executing business strategies to achieve targeted KPIs

- Work with business groups for gap analysis and areas of improvement
