Associate Director/Director/AVP/VP - FI Alliances & Business Development (10-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
a. This position will be sole owner of proactively identifying and onboarding financial institutions such as Banks, NBFCs and FinTech including commercial negotiations and product discussions, and growing win-win relationships with the financial institutions.
b. Plan and build long term relationships with financial institutions and potential partners.
c. Prior experience in handling Bank/NBFC/fintech partnerships is preferred.
d. Acquisition and growing relationships of B2B Partners.
e. Facilitating tech integrations between both parties.
f. Devising GTM for a product launch
g. Identifying new business growth avenues and improving margins and exploring alternate revenue lines with the existing partners.
h. Creating relevant MIS and reports for partners
i. Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) for handling end to end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner.
j. Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge
