Designation : Associate Director / Director

Experience : Min. 12+ years in AML (Risk Consulting)

Accommodation will not be provided by employer

Travelling : Candidate need to be flexible for travelling

Responsibilities:

- Support the growth of the Risk Consulting practice in Qatar

- Specifically take on an active leadership role in managing and growing the Financial Crime Advisory Services with emphasis on Anti Money Laundering.

- Familiar with related areas of financial crime such as Fraud Investigation, Fraud Risk Advisory, Sanctions and Regulatory Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Market abuse

- Lead large and complex projects and provide subject matter expertise on related engagements.

- Take responsibility for innovation, practice growth and team development.

- A recognized degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related disciplines.

- A professional qualification e.g.ICAEW,ACCA,CPA and/or a Master's Degree.

- CFE or AMl related qualifications is an advantage.

- 12 - 20 years work experience gained in a large audit and /or consulting firm, or a leading commercial organization of which, majority should relate to Financial Crime/AML with at least 7-8 years in a managerial position.

- Conducted various AML related engagements i.e. review and implementation.

- Business development experience with proven achievement of targets.

- Developed new risk consulting related services.

- Financial services (Retail/wholesale and conventional/Islamic)

- Multi-country experience an advantage
