About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who would be responsible for handling the Revenue Operations. The Revenue Manager will possess strong organizational, communication and management skills. The ideal person should ideally thrive in the chaos and ambiguity of start-ups, and love to structure and solve the most complex problems. You should be a competent individual with integrity, accountability, strong interpersonal skills. The position requires a "hands on" person who is flexible, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- You will build and lead a super star acquisition team for the newest profitable gaming company

- You and your team will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Rummy games

- Own the acquisition metric for the business


- Work with top global and Indian companies like Google, Facebook, Phonepe, GooglePay, Hotstar etc

- Lead acquisition through paid channels and partnerships with leading digital companies

- Find innovative solutions to unique challenges that come along with a non-play store based app ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8 to 10 year of previous experience in customer

- Acquisition in Internet companies

- Demonstrated ability in building great customer acquisition

- Campaign; prior experience with driving incremental revenue Via acquisition and retention marketing campaign

- Ability to express and articulate your idea via documentation, Presentation and during conversation

- Big thinking, bias for action, and ability to motivate team to Achieve higher standards.

- Revenue centricity. You will be working for one of the largest Gaming company from India.

- Comfortable with understanding technical nuance, the Curiosity to learn and the desire to know the domain, deeply

- Comfortable in working with cross functional team, and Owning the outcome.

- Good understanding of data and the knack for finding out

- Meaningful insights and making decisions based on them.
