We are looking for an Associate Director to join our team with the following pre-requisites:

1. Hands-on development experience with C++/DotNet/Java or any other programming language.

2. should've been involved in project estimation, scoping creating delivery plans, Costing, budgeting, forecasting for the business.

3. Should've had rich experience working in a Services organization.

4. Experience in working with Indian and International clients.

5. Can understand and track the project's financial goals.

6. Building relationships with client stakeholders.

7. Experience in handling a team, development, learning, mentoring, handling people grievances, etc.

8. Engaging with Senior Management for Strategy Planning & Business Reviews.

9. Working with the pre-sales and sales teams in ensuring that new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) were properly planned for execution.

10. Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.

11. extending production support of multiple applications.

12. Participation in Internal/External (CMMi, ISO) Audits.

13. Vendor Management.

14. MSA & SOW Preparations, Contract Negotiations.

Interview process:

1. L1 by an AD/director

2. Delivery head/COO

3. HR round/Personality test

4. Final round with HR head or CEO

Working hours:

5 days working, Regular shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 AM.

Location:

Gurgaon or any other location but willing to relocate to Gurgaon post-pandemic restrictions.
