Designation: Associate Director- BFS

Role: Delivery Head

Experience: 12- 16 years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

1. Need 13-15 yrs of IT experience in the banking and financial services domain.

2. The job involves managing revenue of $20-25 MM with people management across geographies

3. Job involves defining robust strategy and operational models driving customer centricity, industry focus and new ideas in applying technology for business innovation.

4. Experience required in implementing several complex technology/business transformational programs that clearly differentiates company's business with its competitors.

5. Experience in anchoring several CIO level presentations and winning large deals is a plus.

6. Large Transition Management experience is desirable.
