The Role:

- This is a pivotal role in driving the growth in a BizMarket/Portfolio typically a team of 100-200 members and governing a revenue upside of $10+ Million. You will need to play a critical role on multiple fronts to carve out a growth path through strategic business planning and execution for your portfolio. Your role will be entitled to take the data-driven decisions for all the delivery, people and staffing scenarios as and when required

- In your role, you will need to lead a team by generating a vision, establishing direction, motivating staff, and nurturing a highly inclusive work environment. You will be also responsible for building a high-performance team ensuring that people will grow while working under your leadership. You will need to anchor the forward-looking workforce planning for the projected growth and execute the same to build a sustainable pipeline of talent.

- You will also need to closely work and collaborate with other senior leaders in the BizMarket and organizations to lead the strategic and cross-functional initiatives. This role will be also responsible for establishing robust governance for the critical delivery elements as well as with the enabling functions like HR, Talent Acquisition and Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with BizMarket/Portfolio leads and be always cognizant of the growth opportunities in the pipeline and preparedness required for the same

- Understand the strategic directions and business priorities and chart out an actionable Business plan for respective BizMarket/Portfolio

- Establish robust governance processes within the portfolio and across the multiple enabling functions ensuring the smooth delivery and progress on the priorities

- Collaborate with Talent acquisition and Talent placement functions closely to facilitate the workforce strategies critical for success

- Work with the Program Leads to operationalize delivery excellence to streamline processes for on-going programs and define quantitative measures to review the progress and adoption

- Ensure objectives and development plans are established at the start of the year and reviewed continuously throughout the year

- Operationalize a mechanism to mobilize the required resources/assets to address the new growth in the shortest possible time.

- Recruit and hire the right talent, always bringing in someone better than at least half the individuals in the role

- Continuously engage and improve teams' performance by conducting recurring meetings with people leads and individuals, knowing your people, managing career development, and understanding who is at risk

- Update Executive Leadership on the status of high visibility initiatives

Skills Required;

- IT experience with a successful track record in strategic account management for medium-to-large size development teams with demonstrated thought-leadership, cross-functional influence, and partnership

- At least 15 years of thorough experience in working and delivering the projects in Data and Analytics space.

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in program management using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor, and report on concurrent programs spanning broad geographies and organizations

- You should have worked on defining the strategic goals and objectives and systematic execution of the same.

- Great communication and negotiation skills, be able to present to various stakeholders and leadership

- Excellent Networking and organizational skills to develop partnerships and relationships with the internal as well as external stakeholders

Experience: 14 to 25 years
