Responsibilities : - Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the strategic program, in a large scale Fulfillment/ warehouse setup. - Controls inventory levels by reconciling with data storage system. - Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies & vision. - Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security. - Work towards key performance indicators. - Experience in Handling a large warehouse and above. - Design supply chain and warehouse. - Evaluate the End to End Supply chain processes to understand challenges and design scalable solutions - both infrastructure and process. - Translates Business (category) needs into scalable design solutions. - Understands process linkages across Supply Chain and their implications on Supply Chain and can design processes for scale for fulfillment of services within a FC. - Experience in setting-up warehouse greenfield projects and operationalizing them. - Global view of warehousing function with exposure in the Retail, e-commerce industry. - Will be handling a large team of 350-600 FTE's Required : - Bengali is must. - Should have exposure in North East/ West Bengal Market.
