Position : DB Middle ware Infra Project

Role : Associate Director II

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To optimize the performance of the Multiple Databases and Middleware instances

- To ensuring the availability of Database and Middleware instances. architecture aligned with strategy and roadmap

-To establish governance mechanisms to measure performance, risks & compliance, best practices and bench marking

- To optimize cost, resource risks for obsolescence

- To manage Budget & manage - Opex

- To govern & manage the life cycle of various Database and Middleware products implemented in the bank

- To manage Tech refresh of the old Data base and Middleware

- To measure, manage & publish - availability, performance

- To ensure BAU by delivering agreed service levels to business

- To establish the project delivery of the projects & provide dashboards.

- To direct and provide guidance to teams, and where necessary, conduct performance reviews and corrective action

- To focus on building partner ecosystem
