Job Description:
- Build relationships with our key customers including a range of stakeholders from CXO to plant operations.
- Drive product adoption for our customers and also channel insights from the customer to our Product team; you will play a role in developing a product roadmap.
- Lead a best in class Customer Success team: attract the best talent from the industry and also nurture existing talent. Be an outstanding negotiator with the ability to motivate and guide your audience to take action as needed or desired and a clear and trustworthy communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Build lasting relationships based on trust and create a culture that puts the customer at the center of everything that we do.
