Associate Director - Customer Planning & Programs - FMCG/FMCD (8-14 yrs)

- Customer Backed Planning: Triangulating the AOP, MOP to customers, through MAC, TPC, OO-ON-NN metrics.

- Personalization: Identifying and creating actionable and relevant customer cohorts for greater personalization specially for the pinned/business backed merchandising and CRM charters

- Customer Analytics: Working with the analytics team to understand and create actionable customer cohorts, build insights driven by analytics, customer surveys and MR and identify strategic customer programs and communication channels

- Driver Analysis for all Customer Cohorts : New to Repeat to Loyal or New to OTB to Churn, Event Cohorts etc

- Driver Analysis for Sale/Activation and Event Cohorts

- Creating a data unification strategy for 2P partners.

- Working closely with Product and Tech to create a unified customer view, including delivery and planning for all kinds of media, Own, paid digital and also customer/data partnerships

- Policy, Governance and Product Liasioning for Pricing and Promotions

- Insights and Performance tracking for Merchandising Tools: Like Whitelisting, MGD, GO etc

- Desire and ability to think from the Customer's hat

- Experience in Consulting / Strategy/ Analytics

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Analytical ability, logical reasoning with a strong competency in Excel

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Strong bias for Action

- Knowledge on Merchandising, program management will be an added advantage
